Shipping and handling

We ship worldwide!

Each order from € 50,00 will be shipped free of charge, within Germany!

All goods will be shipped by DHL, GLS or by Deutsche Post.

Deliveries within Germany, can also be send directly to a DHL Packstation, upon request.

For orders below € 50,00 we charge € 4,90 postage and shipping costs per delivery.

For all EU countries* supplied by us, we charge € 4.90 up to a value of € 100,00.

*(also Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland)

Free and postage-free international shipping from an amount of € 100,00 .

Delivery Time Germany

The delivery time is shown separately for each article. If the item is indicated with 24h availability, it will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment. That when paying with purchase on account (Paymorrow), PayPal, credit card or cash on delivery, we sent the item for orders until 15:00 the same day. When paying in advance, the goods will be shipped after receipt of payment. As soon as we have shipped your items, you will receive information from us with the respective tracking number.

As soon as all items are ready, we will send your shipment immediately! Unless otherwise agreed, the goods are shipped with the Deutsche Post (German Mail). The delivery time outside the EU is usually 10 days and also depends on the deliverer in the destination country. The tracking number will be provided by us after shipment by mail.

Please note, that when handing over the shipment to the local service provider in your country, the original (German) tracking number is sometimes no longer traceable! 

VAT is deducted for all orders outside EU!
